I'm excited, and it has nothing to do with getting pregnant.

I made charts for my next two cycles (May and June) and discovered that I'll probably be fertile the third week of June. That's the week I plan to help with Vacation Bible School (VBS) at church. Since I'll be fertile then, the next week I can travel without my husband and not worry about missing a fertile time. So I have been making plans to travel to California to visit my sister.

I checked out tickets today and it looks like it will cost me around $200. That's a great deal for me to travel from my dinky airport in Michigan (with a layover in Chicago)to Oakland. My sister called me up on Saturday (for my birthday) and said that it would work. Now I just have to finalize tickets.

My sister and I are a year apart and both of us are Christian elementary teachers. We have a lot in common, and we always have a great time together. I am so excited, can't you tell? As my fertile time is about to begin, I really needed something to keep my mind off of ttc issues.
