Not much has happened since my last entry. There's just a couple things I want to record before I forget them.

This week my in-laws told a couple more aunts and uncles about our adoption plans. We discovered that another of my husband's cousins was adopted through our agency.

Last Friday we bought three green binders to use for our profiles. The written version of our profile is coming together. The next step is to have my hubby and probably a friend of ours look it over. I still need to get a couple pictures of my hubby's parents and of my hubby with their dog. Maybe I can do that Saturday when we have a Christmas party.

My in-laws completed the local clearance forms so they can be approved to care for our child while he or she is in intermittent foster care. We'll probably bring those to the court house, along with ours this week or next.

I haven't heard anything about our references. One of our references had her baby a week ago after being hospitalized for a week. I'm hoping she was able to get it completed without much difficulty.
