At my ultrasound today this is what the follicles the nurse spotted:

Right side: 19 mm, 14.5 mm
Left side: 13 mm

She wasn't sure if we should go ahead with the ultrasound since she thought I would probably ovulate just from the right side. She asked the doctor and he said it was worth a try. So I scheduled my IUI for Saturday morning at 10:30, the earliest I could get. My husband goes in at 7:15 a.m. The nurse said that I should take the shot tonight between 8:00 and 10:00. I told her that I needed a syringe and needle, and she got one from the storage room for me.

The nurse said to talk it over with my husband, and if we decided not to do it we could cancel. She said that we really don't know if that tube is blocked or not.

I talked to my husband when he got home from work and we decided to go for it. So tonight after I get home from the Thanksgiving program, I'll be giving myself a shot.
